La saint Fortunat
Bravado and fanfare in honor of saint Fortunat
At Pentecost, fanfare and bravado in Napoleonic costume punctuate the life of the village for three days. The bravado's body, under the command of a troop commander, brings fire, canteen, infantry gunner and flag bearer.
Torchlight retreat, illumination of the bridge and fireworks create special night events.
Later on the fairground attractions will start for the delight of the younger ones, and orchestras will animate the evening dances.
St. Fortunat is first and foremost a religious holiday with its masses and processions including one to "Notre Dame de Vers la Ville", on Tuesday morning, which closes the festivities.
